Opco - The operating division will concentrate on expanding parking services and earnings growth through economies of scale, a strategic pricing policy and by providing effective products and services.
Propco - The parking division will make maximum use of opportunities to invest in parking property and increase the value of this investment property by having it operated effectively.
By using innovative payment, access and online systems, and by improving direct and indirect customer contacts, we can provide more efficient services. And in order to grow from new contracts, we will continue to work on realising more flexible contract types, further optimising our digital payment and sales platform, and on enhancing economies of scale.
